Hm.. My 1st post.. Alright shall start with had i've done today. Woke up at 11.30 despite agreeing on meeting my mugmates at 12. But, i'm not exactly that late if you come to realise that my friends living in the north n west has this habit of reaching NOT less than 1 hour late and just as i expected, No one reached ON TIME except for jessica. Due to me being a person of high internal locus of control, i shall blame no one but myself for being late. SORRY JES!

The mugging session today was quite efficient i would say. Everything's linked up so smoothly in econs.

(decrease in tax -> increase in disposable income -> increase in consumption -> upward shift of aggregate expenditure curve -> increase income by a multiple )

(decrease in reserve requirement ratio -> increase in money supply -> decrease in interest rate -> increase in invesment -> increase in aggregate expenditure -> increase income by a multiple )

AND

The most interesting part is how banks go about making money. If you wana noe please go take up econs. I wouldnt want to make the 1st post in my blog so dry. Sorry to anyone whose interested.
